The fact that Absolute Computers is locally located is, for us, a significant advantage. (My former IT service providers were in Milwaukee. Their availability always took till the next day. They did not show up with a smile or pleasant attitude. On the other hand, the Absolute Computer Systems crew has an attitude and aptitude of exceptional quality.

Tom Tassi and his crew are truthful and upfront. My previous providers would come for a service call, and it was routine for them to tell me I needed to replace or update some piece of equipment, and the required investment always turned out to be more than they started with—this has NEVER been the case with ACS.
