Dear Fellow Salon Owners,
I wanted to share a recent experience with our IT service company (Absolute Computer Systems (ACS)) that illustrates their exceptional level of service and expertise.
On one of our busiest days of the year, our internet went out at the salon, and I was at a loss for how we would be able to take payments, make or receive phone calls, send confirmation emails, etc., and keep our doors open.
That's when Tom Tassi and his ACS team stepped in and literally saved the day. They were in our salon in less than 60 minutes (trust me, at that point, minutes mattered!); they were able to re-configure our credit card terminals to be wireless and supplied a cell phone hotspot for us to use to continue taking payments. They also set up our employees' cell phones to accept the calls coming into the salon, allowing us to continue serving our customers without interruption.
I can't stress enough how much ACS helped us during this difficult time. Their quick thinking and technical expertise truly saved the day and kept our business running smoothly. Not only were they able to understand the urgency of the problem, AND they provided a solution that was above and beyond our hopes (let alone expectations). I do not doubt that ACS would do the same for any salon owner needing technical support.
