They Took The Time (on Thier Dime) To Learn Our Software

We are in a unique industry, and Absolute Computer Systems can and does fulfill all our IT needs. If we have ever had a problem that Absolute was unfamiliar with, they have taken the time and performed the necessary research to solve it.

Absolute Computer Systems understands our needs and works proactively with us to address them. Recently, Absolute called me and indicated we had an issue with the server, and they worked to address it. However, it would be nice if other providers called and stated a problem was occurring with something before the situation became large in scope.
